an updated translation of FCS "The Formula"

Beginning Celebrations of the Year's Lā Ho'iho'i Ea

    By the power bestowed upon and through me, with the collective of the Fifth branch of the Fifth Hybrid Race, YaYahYel  YahYel civilization in collaboration with our Human Family, extended Hybrid Family, and Divine Guides; it is my heart and testament that this updated translation of what was previously known as "the formula" is of a more refined aid for the People of Earth. All relevant Earth timelines inferred. I, Bella of the YahYel extend the utmost appreciation to the conduit for her collaboration and action in writing this on an Earth platform. In order to make any revisions of collective protocols, it may be most effective to have the conscious participation of an Earth counterpart. 

The protocols of my specific branch of the YaYahYel have already been "revised". Appreciation extends to those of the greater FCS already refining their frequency translations, transmissions, and PROTOCOLS. It is my intentions that this refinement inspire like alternations within the greater body of the FCS. At this time, This is an offering, a suggestion, this is not yet a prime directive of revision. 

Let the record state this is more literally a restoration of the Original Essence quality of the previously known "Formula" as well as a restoration of an ancient version of the FCS PROTOCOLS recently recovered. A refinement of the previously known "Formula" that from my direct experience with my counterpart and conduit in collaboration with several other counterparts in various timelines and civilizations brings better clarity of the quality of Original Essence in combination with more accurate translations of original FCS PROTOCOLS to the People of Earth. The basic structure of what was known as the formula remains the same, it is the updated, restored translations of wording that I feel best aids the People of Earth at this time. Specificity is paramount as the civilizations approaches certain junctures. Immense respect and appreciation to the FCS o Sassani. A' veyo. We are one family. And also, The famine is the upgrade, she is the restoration. Ha'atu Ili

The following is the truth as best as I perceive it to be, In all that is sacred, original, divine, reverent, specific, and applicable. And from absolute intentions of integration, Love, and the Will for ALL. From the intention of contribution towards the absolute remembrance and  integration of the Human Race, oF GAIA, KI, of the timeline most preferred for all of us honored to be connected to EARTH and Her PEOPLE. La'alām Almen Amein. Amama, ua, noa. And so it is. 

THE INTRINSIC

Belonging to the essential nature or constitution of a thing. Not dependent on External circumstances; essential, Inherent. 

1. Be in the present moment. Respond to your intuitions, your instincts. Be with your integrity. Know your innate nature. Respond to your intuition, to the best of your ability in each and every moment. Action is the language of spirit exploring physicality. 

2. Commit to the exploration, commit to the character that is you, go with gusto and with no insistence. 

3. Innately, your Intrinsic knows it is nonsensical to insist. In your intuitions, your instincts, from your intrinsic, know this. Observe the rope that is your reality, moving through you, moving trough your slightly open hand. The rope is cradled in a space of security, and yet has room to move, to change, to expand. No need to be in detachment, enjoy the experience, be engaged. Feel the strong fibers of the rope, but do not hold on too tightly or grasp, for as the rope moves and curves and sways in the dance of ultimate transformation, if you hold on too tightly, it will burn you. Desire is needed for the people of Earth to explore their intrinsic self, its the pathway back, Desire is Needed. It is the insistence on the desire appearing a certain way that causes suffering. Innately, your Intrinsic Knows it is nonsensical to insist. 

4. Respond in an integrated fashion to your organic emotions. 

This a balancing act, more will be shared as we further observe my conduit as to best teach, share with the People of Earth how to maintain this specific focus of observation and organic participation. 

Do not force yourself to what you perceive or assume your "integrated" emotional response to be. That then becomes a negative, separating experience, the denial of what is occurring. A perfect colloquial phrase, It's not about "feeling good" but getting "good at feeling". Allowing the natural process of the energy in motions to move is the integrated response

Again, it is well recognized this is one of the main crux of the human experience. 

Feeling the honest response, while at the same time, not getting sucked in to the negative whirl pool of the denser definitions of the energy in motion. It is a muscle that builds, the ability to go in, and to still stay "above" to have the observer aspect of the mind, connected to the higher self, witnessing how much the personality construct is learning, being in jubilation at the churning of change while the aspects personality ride the waves of the energy in motion. 

In recent years, the conduit known as the BASHAR, has brought through extremely useful information around this precise theme. Utilizing the Energy of the Emotion, not putting a definition to it. Finding the point of Paradox. Māhalo. A'veyo Ili. A ma Sassani. 

This aspect of the intrinsic will be a main area of focus for myself and the conduit. MĀHALO Mo'okū'auhau MAHAT o Mū 

It is only by being in an integrated response to the organic emotions arising from any frame of reality first, that the people of earth are able to actually enter into communication, and negotiation with the energy in motion to begin the process of self reflection and refinement. The organic emotions are the key that open the door to the belief systems. 

5. Utilize the energy in motion to identify your belief systems. Be the point of paradox. Feel and scan. A'veyo Ili - " what am I Believing to make me interpret this energy in motion as this specific feeling? What am I believing, what limited belief, what story about myself or connection to creation, must I be operating from?" Understand why you created the limiting beliefs to begin with, what did you learn that you would not have learned otherwise? Why is the energy here? What does it have to teach you? 

The function of beliefs being the filter system, putting definitions on energy in motion, works both ways. If you can feel any aspect of the same energy in motion that now feels, empowering, inspiring, transformative, that is because it is also simultaneously running through an integrated belief. An integrated Belief that is a reflection of your Intrinsic self. Find and identify that Integrated belief and Be that version. Be in what is Now that version of the present.
